The initial diagnostic is free and takes about a week. The full two-week audit, which includes competitor teardown, funnel analysis and an instrumentation plan, is a fixed £6,000 and is credited against your first retainer invoice if you continue.
Three months for a growth retainer, six for a full-stack partnership. Launch sprints are scoped to the launch. We ask for three months because that is the point at which the attribution data is good enough to make real decisions.

No. We hold one client per category for the life of the engagement plus three months. If we are already working with someone in your space we will tell you on the first call rather than take the meeting.
